I just placed an order – when will it be shipped?

We aim to ship all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing before dispatch.
Shipping takes 3–10 business days, followed by a 1–2 day transit time, depending on your location.

Tracking information is updated 2–3 days after shipment. If you haven’t received your tracking number within 5 working days, feel free to contact us at info@urbanfashion.co.uk.

Can I return my order? What if there’s an issue?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if your product arrives damaged or defective.
You have 14 days from delivery to return your order for a full refund. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Once we’ve received the item, we will refund the full original purchase amount to your payment method.

📦 Important: Always include your name and order number on or inside the return package. If your order is still in transit, please wait until it arrives before initiating a return.

Can I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it hasn’t been shipped.
If the order has already been dispatched, you may still return it for a full refund using our simple return process.

I entered the wrong address – what now?

If you accidentally entered an incorrect or auto-filled address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately and confirm the correct details.
You can notify us of address changes within 24 hours by emailing info@urbanfashion.co.uk.
After this window, we cannot change the address, and refunds may not be issued for undeliverable items.
